Wilsons Matador has a medium fine grind with low nicotine and slightly moist texture. Tasting notes include bread, camphor, eucalyptus, and menthol. The camphor note is the primary flavour, followed by eucalyptus in the finish.

The snuff uses a medium grind that is easy on the nose with a long-lasting scent. The eucalyptus and camphor combination creates a medicated character, while the bread note adds a baked goods element to the blend.
